Installation
All our garden room prices include full installation from our experienced and professional team. We like to ensure the whole project is undertaken by ourselves, with no third parties getting involved. This is so we can guarantee the garden room is being installed to the highest quality finish in the most efficient way! From foundations, to building construction, interior fittings and electrics to plumbing, we provide the complete installation package at a fixed price.
The process takes as little as up to just two weeks! This is due to the majority of the physical build is pre-fabricated in our workshop.
Week 1: Site is levelled out and all obstructive objects removed, before foundations are laid. Foundation takes 3-5 days to set before the garden room installation can take place. While the foundations are being laid and setting, the garden room shell panels are being manufactured in our workshop made ready to be delivered to site.
Week 2: Once foundations are laid and all materials are delivered on to site, the garden room structure starts to go up and take shape! Due to all the preparation the week before, this process will only take 4-5 days. At the end of this week your brand new garden room will be fully completed in all of its glory!
Do Some Yourself
There are areas of the installation such as the foundations, electrics, plastering and heating which we can allow you to complete yourself, bringing a deduction to the overall price! If this is something you would be interested getting involved in, please let us know when placing your order.
Unique to GRL Garden Rooms we also offer a self-build option, which not only brings the price down tremendously, but gives you your very own project to complete with a stunning end reward!
