Electrics & Heating

Your garden room will come fully installed with electrics and heating! We will supply & fit a comprehensive electric package comprising: a consumer unit, electrical sockets, lighting, and light switches. The consumer unit controls and protects the power coming into the building. Typically with an armour cable, we would connect the external socket to the internal consumer unit. This armoured cable would be linked underground out of sight.

Your garden room will come fitted with internal spotlights throughout the room, and also external lights to brighten the room up during the evening!

As standard we will fit 13amp double sockets in areas of your choice. The double sockets and spotlights are supplied in a brushed stainless steel finish as standard, but we have loads of different available finishes, so definitely choose your own!

For heating we will install, a Rointe Low Consumption electric heating system which would be found in all of our garden rooms.  These extremely economical radiators will be fitted where specified and needed.
